Honorable Magistrate Harvey, You have the Responsibility and Authority to impose a just sentence on Cindy Young a 71-year-old Grandmother, a first-time offender and the over-reaching government will be extremely interested in what you do. The Good Lord will be watching as well and will show you the same mercy that you show this unfortunate woman who was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

During the “summer of love” many violent men and women destroyed property, killed, and raped parents in front of their children and were bailed out and not convicted of the violent crimes they committed and, in most cases, not even charged. Justice is supposed to be equal and blind. You can make things right. I urge you to do everything in your power to reverse this verdict or grant her probation without any time served.
As someone who was judged a military Courts Martial, I understand a federal judge’s responsibility to the Constitution and to the American people. The testimony of the Secret Service is suspect. At about 1:10 PM the disturbance started, The Vice President was taken underground and still underground more than an hour later and the secret service testified they were concerned with a bomb threat. They did not get the Vice President away from the Capital just in case the building was destroyed. That is either gross dereliction of duty or false witness (perjury). No Grandma should go to Federal Prison for this. Additionally, she was waived by the police and subsequently told to vacate by the police. During a riot should we not obey the police? Had she disobeyed the police and run away she would have no been in trouble. In these uncertain times when the country could erupt in violence, and I pray it does not, should we not punish those who obey law enforcement.
I hope you read and think about these facts that I have presented to you. As an ordained priest and Bishop in the underground Orthodox Church I am duty bound to tell you “whatever you do to the least of my people, that you do unto me” a quote from our Blessed Lord Jesus Christ applies here.
