#Ishortandsimplecooking made this juicy pineapple and clement gold orange which I saw some time ago on IG. This is the best thing I have baked so far, sweet, juicy, spongy, and fantastic with custard and ice cream.
INGREDIENTS
Orange
Pineapple
Butter
Brown sugar
Olive oil
Flour
Vanilla essence
Baking powder
Egg
Follow the video and you will not get it wrong. You can put the fruity side back into the oven to reduce the juicy top if you wish.
