These gents don't seem to be seeing what I'm seeing and expressed that they didn't know if he'd been shot. (Watch video!) Right after Major Prather says, "He doesn't even know he's been hit". They never mention seeing blood just below the liver area. This is seen at the 41:28 time mark. Do you agree? Had to slow down to be sure we aren't seeing a red cap or shirt.

Apparently he was hit by the bullet that struck the railing.
Yet no blood is seen on his back, so if it didn't pass through, it must have been a separate bullet.
