Anti-violence advocate arrested in connection to deadly shooting

A well-known anti-violence advocate in the Denver area was arrested in connection to a deadly shooting at Pioneer Park on Saturday, according to the Commerce City Police Department.

Lumumba Sayers Sr., 46, was arrested and booked into the Adams County Jail early Sunday morning. His bond was set at $1 million, according to jail records.
