14.8.2024 Who is paying for this?

We have a question.
Who actually owns the land and surrounding garden beds of this mainly unused bus parking area down next to the Skyrail Terminal?
We know the bus parking bay, was paid for through monies out of the Tourism Infrastructure Fund - you know, the one Mr Chapman's paying passengers were contributing into (we don't know exactly how much just that it wasn't a dollar per head like the railway passengers were and are still contributing to.
You may have heard Mr Chapman spruking about the need to replace his aging fleet of gondolas and how much it was going to cost him... (it won't cost him a cent), part of that upgrade is to 'resume' part of this land to build a bigger terminal to house the new bigger gondolas...the last we heard.
When are we, as a community, going to band together to hold Mr Franks and his 'responsive management team' to account?
We're obviously not ready yet.
