Eggplant - 400 g.
Peppers - 350 g.
Lemon juice – 1/2 medium lemon
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Salt
Black pepper
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp.
Honey - 1 tsp
Bake for 20 minutes at 210°C.
Garlic – 2-3 cloves
Parsley
Olive oil - 1-2 tbsp.
