RFK Jr. denied New York ballot access over residency concerns

A New York state judge ruled that independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will not appear on the state’s presidential ballot in November, finding that he falsely claimed residency in New York.

The judge determined that Kennedy’s claimed residence in the New York City suburbs was a “sham” address used solely for voter registration.

This ruling followed a challenge by a Democratic-aligned group and could lead to similar challenges in other states, The Hill has reported.
