"BOB" GETS FONGED THE JKD WAY !!!

JKD Legend Bob Bremer made the "FONG" punch famous when he explained how this punch made a weird sound whenever Sigong Bruce Lee would demonstrate it and Bob nicknamed it "THE FONG"!!! It's unique in that it returns back to the on-guard position in an elliptical manner instead of straight back like the Crispy Punch or other straight strikes. I would like to express my extreme thanks to my JKD Sifu Tim Tackett for bringing Sifu Bremer into our lives.
