What's The Cost Of Depression?💙 (RIP Graham Thorpe) 💙

Recently the ex England cricket player Graham Thorpe died and his wife said that he felt that his family would be better off without him. That just goes to show how devastating depression can be to someone and to the thinking processes and the way that person sees reality. 💙

Depression is a horrible disease and it really hit home with me that everyone affected by depression is affected to such an extent that they see the world negatively and so we lose their contribution to the world. 💙

Not only if they reach the ultimate end to a fight with depression and actually pass on that permanently takes them from us, but also while they're severely depressed they're not themselves they don't have their true motivations, their true goals, their energy and enthusiasm for pursuing them. So we lose these people and we can't afford to lose all these people around the world to depression. 💙
