Why are so many Famous YouTubers getting caught talking to minors??

Why are there so many Famous YouTubers getting caught talking to underage children? It's not only Hollywood that seems to have a problem with talking to young children. America had a problem with regular everyday people talking to children as well. This is a huge problem going under the radar. It's not only R. Kelly and P. Diddy but there is money more amongst us.
