10 Min "Get Balanced" Workout #1: Power Knees, Plank, Deadlift

Hello Team! This is the 3nd workout on the channel and the first "Get Balanced" style workout. Like all our videos it's 10 minutes long and this one focuses on core stabilization and injury prevention.

We have 3 rounds of Power Knees, Planks, and Deadlifts each getting more challenging as it progresses. There is 45 seconds of active recovery between rounds and a 45 second finisher! We have modifications for each exercise and if a rounds exercise is too challenging go back to the previous version.

All you need is a mat and 2 dumbbells (5-15+ lbs).
