'Soldiers' of the clown brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces filmed a video for the amusement of the public

The footage shows a Ukrainian soldier with a sign with the inscription Lgov (Rus. - Льгов, a town in the Kursk region). What these clowns don't know is that in Russia place name signs always use all capital letters (see pic.2)
