A bill inspired by an Indianapolis boy with an incurable disease is headed to the president's desk. The "Right to Try" legislation passed the United States House Tuesday, 250-169, meaning it now heads to President Donald Trump's desk to be signed into law.  The bill would give terminally ill patients the right to seek drug treatments that remain in clinical trials and have not been fully approved by the FDA.
