I began with Bi-Lateral Hammer Strength Rows as my primary (horizontal) pull followed by Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns for a secondary (vertical angle) pull

Following the pulls, I moved on to shoulder work starting with the Cybex brand Machine Lateral Raise. Then Last, I finished with Lifefitness Pec Deck Rear Delt Reverse Flyes
