Companies Using A.I. to BLOCK Qualified Applicants

Companies are using A.I. to “screen” applicants. And its gotten out of hand! Because many qualified applicants aren’t even getting pushed through the algorimthims in order to be seen by an actual human recruiter. Whoever programs these systems is intentionally doing this. The best way for us to make it is by going back to the old school way of meeting & talking to people face-to-face and networking. Therefore bypassing all of that A.I. crap!
