Everyday Heroes (Modern D&D 5E) Workshop Exercise: Party's S.W.O.T. & Mechanical Data

Here is an easy exercise that any player or GM/DM/ST can perform in order to take a look at what the party as its own entity looks like and where you can find it will succeed and falter more often than not. You don't need any fancy software to do this either!
