It's remarkable how even Bruce Timm the creator of Harley Quinn can look at Batman and say some shit like "Batman has no good villains" And then follow that up with oh yeah! we can fix that by making the Penguin into a woman! Clown world indeed... Tough i doubt even the Joker could have dreamt up torture quite as terrible as Batman Caped Crusader
