10 U.S. Code § 101 (a) (https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/10/101) - Defines what “United States” means, aka de facto jurisdiction - government corporation under Washington DC. It also defines what “Armed Force” means, aka corporate entities.

10 U.S. Code § 111 (https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/10/111) - describes the Department of Defense as it folds into the de facto jurisdiction, government corporation.

That pretty much sums up why we have been in war almost every year except for the 45th president, ironically. I guess it took a business entrepreneur to spell out what war is really about…make $$$$$$.
