Const. 1.4- Silence Dogood Letters 9&10

Letter #9- Silence Dogood gives us her opinion on corruption and how when evil goes unchecked, and the people realize too late, disaster will come to any nation. Also she mentioned how the clergy of the church is sometimes inhabited with corruption as well and how the best among us, the clergymen, can be corrupted and be able to hold power over the people.
Letter #10- Silence Dogood goes over the concept of life insurance policies for the widows in the New World for when their husbands die.
