Ballistic Test/Review of Liberty Ammo OVERWATCH 72 gr 9mm barrier-blind ammo

We previously tested Liberty Ammunition's Civil Defense bullet and today we are testing the improved OVERWATCH bullet. This is a 50% heavier bullet that promises to deliver deeper penetration and still provide the starburst fragmentation for which the Civil Defense bullet is known.
