This workout session wasn't about following a set routine—it was about stepping up and taking on the challenge when your turn came. We mixed it up with a variety of exercises, from Front Lever, Planche, and One Arm Handstands, to flips in the pool and the basics like regular handstands, push ups and tucked FL.

The focus was on having fun while pushing ourselves to the limit. It was an incredible session where we enjoyed every attempt, encouraged each other, and embraced the challenge together. Had a blast with the Gulf Coast Calisthenics crew, always packed with gains and great vibes.
