“Americans are dead and these deaths were preventable,”  according to Homeland Security whistleblower Fred Wynn.

Wynn blames the “prolonged, willful failure (of CBP) to comply” with the federal DNA collection law for illegal entries.

“I believe that to be statistically verifiable.”
