TRUMP LAWSUIT: Legal Action AGAINST Jack Smith

So another news day and another Trump lawsuit – except this time, he’s the one filing suit. President Donald Trump is suing the Biden-Harris Department of Justice for $100 million over claims that the 2022 FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago (prompted by the classified documents case to which Special Counsel Jack Smith was later appointed) was “political persecution.”
The Justice Department now has 180 days to respond. If neither party can reach an agreement, the case will go to federal court in Florida.
