Triple-A Michigan says the average price per gallon is down ten-cents from last week to three-dollars-58-cents, which is five-cents less than last month and 25-cents less than last year. A 15-gallon fill up costs 54-dollars on average in the state. Michigan's most expensive gas is in Ann Arbor at three-68, while Flint has the lowest price at three-46.
