Cut the Krills into thin circles, apply salt and leave for 30 minutes to remove their bitterness. After 30 minutes, wash the bitter gourds and place them in a sieve to drain the water. Then fry these bitter gourds in a little oil until golden and keep aside. Preparation of meat: Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Add the garlic and ginger paste and fry until fragrant. Then add the meat and fry it well until the color of the meat changes. Now add turmeric, coriander powder, cumin. , add red chilli powder and salt and fry for 5-7 minutes. Add tomatoes and cover and cook till tomatoes become soft. Add curd and mix well and let the meat brown on medium heat. Add little water if required. Add the bitter gourds: When the meat melts and the gravy thickens, add the fried bitter gourds and add green chillies and mix. Simmer for a few minutes so that the gourds and the meat are cooked.
