Is the United States Dept. of Defense a Corporation or an Independent Agency?

- If the US Post Office (USPS) is an independent agency and not an official US government agency.

- If the Federal Reserve is amalgamation of a private entity and a public entity and not an official US government agency.

- If Dun & Bradstreet lists United Stated government as a corporation whose president is Joe Biden.

- The Military reports under the executive branch under the Republic, the de jure jurisdiction. However, under the de facto jurisdiction, does US DoD report to Congress? Does that mean the United Stated Department of Defense is a a independent agency or a government corporation?

I think USC Title 10 will tell you all you need to know… we’re in the money. Can you guess how we make money? I’ll give you a hint. Think government contracts.

So while you’re digesting all this information, check out Alset Community, an alternative to the current economic system. Let’s shift our culture from a C2B (acting in the public and subject to the 2nd jurisdiction - the de facto) to a C2C (the de jure jurisdiction) So we can keep the intrinsic value and wealth in our communities instead of funneling it back to big businesses.
