In Gentle Yoga for Stress and Anxiety, we focus on postures which are calming for the mind in combination with deep and slow breathing to reduce overthinking and stimulate relaxation in the body. When we're anxious and overthinking most of our energy tends to be concentrated in our mind, so in addition to the postures the practice ends with a guided relaxation in which will leave you feeling relieved and refreshed.
