Ukraine accuses Russia of destructing UNESCO World Heritage Site in Crimea

Ukraine lashes out at Russia for building 'New Khersones' museum complex around an ancient monument of global significance near Crimean city of Sevastopol . Meanwhile, Russia constructed the complex to preserve the site.
