Gov. Walz says "No you going to have 19 year old who are cooks in some cases"

Gov. Walz and Mayor Frey did discuss the National Guard May 27, 2020, 24 hours before the 3rd precinct was surrendered to rioters and eventually burned. The Mayor wanted the guard, Gov. Walz said "The mayor didn't know what he was asking for".
