Drunk Girl Turns Misdemeanor into Felony

On June 23rd, 2022, officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct. The caller advised that a female was causing a scene in a parking lot. She was upset because, due to her intoxication levels, she was denied entry to a hospital. Additionally, she was spitting on people passing by. The female wasn’t ready to obey the officer and continued to cry. She carried on crying and screaming, trying to defend her side. Shortly after, she was transported to jail for further processing. The female was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct.
