Quick Compost Worm Tea

My friend from down under (Australia) ​⁠ was asking how do I use my castings from my worm bins. This is just one way that I use my castings.
I use a 5 gallon bucket filled to around 4 gallons, 2TBSP of unsulfured molasses, 2 handfuls of worm castings (about a pint worth), large tea bag and the aquaneat air pump with two air stones.
I let it sit for 16-30 hours before diluting and using in the garden.
