Kathleen Kennedy Ready to Leave Lucasfilm? Star Wars CAN Be SAVED?

Kathleen Kennedy has reigned over a decade of destruction at Lucasfilm, but according to those in the know, her tenure as President is coming to an end. Stop me if you have heard this before, but her contract is up in October and she is looking for a graceful exit... but that does not come without a caveat.

Chris Gore of @FilmThreat claims that Kennedy is looking for a win to leave on. She wants to exit on a high note for a nice, Hollywood ending, but looking at what is on tap for Star Wars, she is going to be waiting a long, LONG time if she wants to retire on top!
