08.11.24 Cider Sunday: Six Byrd Cidery Ponche De Frutas 5.0/5*

This was a nice surprise. I wasn't expecting much from this. Well crafted and balanced this deserves all 5 stars.
Running 7% for the ABV, 0 IBUs and the SRM by my eye was a 37.
The spice bundle was what made this cider special. A really nicely blended profile.
