Dave developed a customized unidentified anomalous phenomena, or UAP concept using readily available parts and data gathered from US patents.

His inspiration stemmed from his training as a pilot under Visual Flight Rules and the Pentagon's acknowledgement that some UAPs, may be ultra-secret human technology.

Dave's UAP is comprised of an energy-self-sufficient power plant, an inertial mass reduction device, and a central cabin housing the crew, all based on multiple US patents.

The central cabin is located in the device's center. Three legs extend out and down from its central cabin in the same way that a tripod does. These legs provide support and stability for the entire craft. To withstand hard landings, the landing gear must be made of flexible steel.

An amphibious pontoon was incorporated because it is highly unlikely that the FAA would award experimental classification, meaning that most of the testing would probably occur over international waters.

When a crew member releases a simple shear pin that separates the crew module from the rest of the craft, a parachute linked to the crew module deploys if necessary.

There are a few more factors to take into account as well.

The Inertial mass reduction device includes an inner resonant cavity wall , an outer cavity wall, and microwave emitters.

The electrically charged outer cavity wall and electrically insulated inner cavity wall form an individual sealed resonant cavity including Dielectric panels, Outer skin panels (6061-T6 Aluminum alloy), microwave panel grid shields and Piezoelectric composite lead zirconate titanate PZT crystals

Microwave Magnetrons, and Circuit boards are placed outside the sealed cavity.

Resonant cavity filled with a noble gas, such as xenon, neon, argon or any noble gas or its equivalent is applied.

The gas is used for the plasma phase transition aspect of symmetry-breaking for amplification of the Prigogine effect.

The microwave emitters create high frequency electromagnetic waves throughout the resonant cavity causing the cavity to vibrate in an accelerated mode and create a local polarized vacuum outside the outer resonant cavity wall.

The Crew compartment includes an Avionic system

a Primary flight display or PFD  dedicated to flight information and Joy Stick control handles

In operation, the craft may be move in different directions with the Joy Stick control handles causing different sections of the resident cavity shroud to vibrate.

For instance to move upwards the top portion of the resonant cavity shroud is vibrating,
causing the polarized vacuum field to move the craft in the resultant vector direction, and at extremely high speeds.

Dave believes Pressurized compartments are not required because flying above 12,000 feet above sea level is not necessary.

We just avoid all of that extremely high stuff for now.

The crew compartment, power plant system, and electrical power centers are guarded by a Faraday-type cage against all Electromagnetic effects.

The Self-sufficient energy motor generator with propulsion maglev capacity

Consist of a peripheral magnetic system comprising of two counter rotating platforms integrated inside the craft.

The Clockwise rotating inner platform include 6 capacitor plates (Copper or Aluminum)
6 Counter clockwise rotating regenerative accumulators and
motor control Circuits
The six counter-rotating regenerative accumulators are grouped together and spaced 60 degrees apart around the perimeter of the external platform.

The regenerative accumulators with the six capacitor plates equally spaced and interspersed rotate counterclockwise.

The axis of rotation of each group of regenerative accumulators is at 45° from the vertical.

Capacitor plates are bombarded by these negative electrostatic charges because they are on their path to the periphery and absorb them becoming superconducting due to the structural change in their atoms.

The same occurs with the hull surface that is in the projection direction of these particles.

it is possible to extract energy from the atmosphere using the self-sufficient energy motor generator with maglev propulsion capacity.

We can harness that mysterious energy that surrounds us constantly to generate electricity.

There is a voltage differential of one hundred plus volts for every meter up to 52 kilometers

Ralph Ring, an eyewitness, claims that the plates ionize and display a soft bluish-green brilliance, similar to a corona effect.

Fitted onto the main frame, the outer platform rotates counter-clockwise and has twelve electromagnets that resemble a transformer "C" core or a horseshoe.

Around the perimeter of the external disc platform, a series of counter-rotating electromagnets spaced 30° apart make up the lamination silicon electrical steel Transformers.

Each core has an enameled copper wire coil wrapped around its center leg.

As the accumulators pass over the air gap, the magnetic fields produce an electric potential in the electromagnetic coils.

In the beginning, the system works as a motor but, after a certain rotation, it function as a self-sustaining generator, supplying energy to recharge the battery packs stored in compartments.

The switching of the electromagnets is done in a similar way to the present brushless motors.

The concept incorporates sophisticated control algorithms that govern the operation of both the motor and generator components.

These algorithms take into account factors such as load conditions, speed variations, and energy demand, optimizing the system's overall performance.

Real-time adjustments are made to ensure the motor-generator operates at peak efficiency under diverse operating conditions.

The Main structure comprise of a Tig welded 6061-T6 Aluminum alloy tubing Skeleton framework

The skeleton framework include a primer layer of zinc chromate or zinc phosphate.

The central cylindrical tube with main bearings is connected to an amphibious buoyant pontoon through a Tig-welded flexible steel tripod structure as part of the Central Base structure.
Storage bins comprised of 6061-t6 aluminum alloy are part of the supporting structure.

The entire structure is covered with aluminum sheets riveted to a skeleton welded framework. This outer skin will further increase the strength of the airframe.

So there you have it—an UAP slapped together with common off-the-shelf materials.
