Follow Along 4 Exercise Routine (Full Body Workout)

Hi Friends! It's Chris and Whitney. :)

This is a simple 4 exercise routine that you can do for a full body workout. Only bodyweight is needed for this! We recommend that you do four rounds of this routine for a more complete workout.

With supersets, the goal is to burn as much energy as possible in a short period of time while maintaining exercise performance as much as possible.

As always, we recommend warming up before jumping straight into exercising. Please remember, perform exercises at your level, use the modified version if needed and work up to the advanced movements.
