Days after Valentine's Day 1974, Carla Walker was kidnapped, raped and murdered just miles from her Fort Worth, Texas, home. The teenager's case went cold for decades but her family never gave up fighting to solve it. Then in 2020, her killer was caught using advanced DNA technology. Carla's brother, Jim, along with politicians and DNA experts speak to Inside Edition Digital as to why all Americans should get behind this act.
