The Charleston Naval Hospital Ghost House | Haunted Abandoned House In Charleston

This haunted house was likely built around 1905 and is on the grounds of what is considered to be one of the most haunted places in South Carolina. These grounds have had a long history of slavery and torture. The most common report of paranormal activity on the property relates to the ghost of a small slave girl who is often spotted in a clump of trees on the property. Just looking at the surrounding property and you could easily see why someone might see a ghost in these scary looking moss covered trees.

We didn't realize it until later, but there was clearly a second floor in this house, and there were no stairs to access them. Was the ghost of the admiral keeping us from finding it? We may need to go back a look for the second floor.
