Dan Fogelberg is an Alchemist, he KNOWS that we have the ability to Live Forever, however, he also Knows that the Greatest obstacle to Achieving this, isn't just Changing how we Fuel our Bodies, rather it is setting our HOUSE IN ORDER, and the House of the Body is the MIND...

When we are born, God Gifts us with a Clean Slate, an Empty Vessel of Righteousness and Purity, Free to be Abel, or not, to place whichever Thoughts we would like into our Minds...but the Thoughts that we take come with Consequences, because the BREEDING Ground for all Wicked Actions are Fueled by Wicked Thoughts...and the ONLY Thinking Brain that we Humans possess is our Left Brain, the 10% of the Brain's Capacity, the Logical Brain of Facts, Figures and Logic...this is where we think, and thinking within the Left Brain is easily addictive, and we typically THINK about whatever is right in front of us, such as other people, the TV, Books, Movies, Magazines...in other words, OUT THERE WORLD Creations that we are Freely ALLOWING to Enter within our Temples, Poisoning the Divinity that God placed there for us upon Creation, with other People's Visions, Opinions, or Ideas...and typically, to exist within a Massive environment like School Books, Radio or Television, only the FEW have the Financial Resources necessary to Afford to place their 'Ideas' right in Front us, as with their so-called 'Foods' and 'Beverages' too...

Thus, as we Grow up into Teenhood, our Minds become Repositories for Rich People's AGENDAS, which are Always designed to Protect and Enhance their Wealth and Power, and Limit ours...Soon our Minds are Nothing more than Libraries for either Useless Facts, or OUTRIGHT LIES...and it is this that is the GREATEST DANGER to Mankind...because a Mind filled with Lies, will never be one that Connects to or Finds God in the 90% Divinity of our Right Brain! Rather, like Lab Rats, we will become Isolated and then TRAPPED within the Prison Cell that is THINKING in our Left Brain, where all that we Think about is usually SINFUL, which causes Pain and Suffering for both ourselves and others, which only Further separates us from God...

And this is what Dan Fogelberg is Singing about on this Epic Songs, on this Ultimate Album, The Innocent Age...we get Tricked into Believing the Lies, and Living the 'American Dream' of Possessions and Excess at any and all costs, leaving us Victims of a Cruel System where Everything Out There on Commercials look so Easy and Beautiful, but where NOTHING in our Lives Matches to what Advertising Promises, leaving us Broken and Lost, Far from the Reaches of Heaven, and Oh so Close to Hell...

So, Around and Around and Around the Wheel of the Samsara we go, NEVER Finding the Exit, which is the Door Found to the Right in the Third Room of Solomon's Temple is located between OUR TWO TEMPLES, in our Brain, which is an Allegory for Activating the Pineal Gland, and becoming Connected to God...but this NEVER happens for Most People, for to RISE Within us, we must become Sinless and Righteous once more, Caring for Others as we Care for ourselves, and finally locating the Truth in this World, and Living by it Day-after-Day...this is the ONLY WAY, the Way that Jesus taught, to Discover God and his Kingdom, which is WITHIN US...

We must Go Within, in Stillness and Silence, Taking No Thought for our Lives, and there, in the Darkness, Comes the Light of God, which is Truth, and our Salvation...and ALL of this is encompassed by Dan Fogelberg on this Album of Albums, on every single Song, and preeminately on this, Empty Cages, which must Become Cleansed Vessels once more, Filled with the Light and the Love of God, and then, and ONLY THEN, will we become Truly Free once more...
