Surya Namaskar A Variation. This is a quick,VERY high intensity "Sun Salutation" with Jumps Practice. Good for opening up the meridians and building cardiovascular strength on it's own or as a part of a yoga or tabata practice. Extremely INVIGORATING! Great to build up strength and develop leg, upper body and core strength.
SQUAT JUMPS! Great for yoga practitioners who don't get to do a lot of cardio in their practice.
