I'm sorry President Trump and I want to meet you.

This video was on President Trump's feed a long time ago and President trump posted it with "This man gets it." I kept asking, "Who is this man?" but never could get an answer. If anyone knows, I'd like to know if he EVER got to meet President Trump.
