Today's Video is a Daily Race at Blue Moon Bay Speedway Driving the Lancer Evolution IX MR GSR 06, 5 Lap Race Starting 6th on the Grid Includes Many Views and Aspects of the Race with Commentary.

My Overall Concern about the penalty system is that it is to harsh for the mistakes you make for eg hitting a wall on the oval of this race track does not warrant a 5 second penalty as you have no reason to carry on as the time penalty basically ruins your race come on devs please address this issue.
