UFO filmed this 21 years ago?

So I filmed this 21 years ago with an old Vodafone phone. I still don’t know what it is. I captured. The airport it landed in has been closed ever since and is now derelict. The video quality is not brilliant. I have kept the original footage and it does sound. But it is also distorted. Please enjoy the video or feel free to comment
