Fatal Motorcycle Pursuit Crash

On 8/10/24 at approximately 12:47 AM, San Diego Police were in Pursuit of a Single Motorcycle Carrying Two Riders at an Extremely High Rate of Speed when it Crashed on Imperial Ave near San Jacinto Dr. Both Riders were Violently Ejected into Bushes in between Homes. One victim was Pronounced On Scene. The Other was Taken to the Hospital with Life-Threatening Injuries. Imperial Ave is Shut Down in Both Directions between Euclid & 54th for an Unknown Duration. SDPD Homicide is Investigating.
