In this video I demonstrate how to calculate a ram pump's efficiency precisely. By being able to calculate efficiency, we have a measuring stick, so to speak, (a calibrated measurement) for determining if changes we've made have improved overall pump performance in relation to water usage. We are examining total throughput (waste plus pumped water) vs pumped water.
