Instructions:

Cut Paper: Measure and cut the decorative paper into strips that are slightly longer than the straws.
Wrap Straws: Apply glue or double-sided tape to one side of the straw and wrap it with the decorative paper.
Secure: Press down to ensure the paper sticks well, then trim any excess paper.
