First off were Rear-Foot Elevated Split Squats followed by Lying Hamstring Curls on the Lifefitness machine

Then on the Hammer Strength model I did Standing Calf Raises followed by Hammer Strength 45 Degree Back Extensions adjusting the pad as to bias more glute/hamstring as opposed to lower back
