The Jeffrey Potovsky Tapes

Jeffrey Potovsky is a con artist and a fraud who robbed Berj and Silva Yenovkian, an 83 year old Grandfather, and 77 year old Grandmother, of $38,500 with false promises about how he was going to reunite these grandparents with their grandchildren, so Berj Yenovkian, who is ailing, could see his grandkids before he dies. Jeffrey Potovsky lied and committed fraud on these elderly individuals, promising them that they would see their grandchildren. He lied and said he was a lawyer, only to reveal on the day of trial that he was not. As a result of the lies and fraud of Jeffrey Potovsky, the Grandparents now cannot see their grandchildren for at least another 2 to 4 years, at which time, one or both will likely no longer be around.
