Toronto PD Disobeys Their Own Laws Then Gives The Middle Finger

I completely agree with this man. You cannot be enforcing any laws if you cannot even follow simple laws like that. This is disappointing for toronto and the PD. You guys need to review the people who work like this. Unacceptable.
