"She oversaw, as atty general, and really unleashed prisoners out on the streets of California. We went from having 180,000 prisoners; we are now down to 90,000. And you can see the effects on the street.

"Our violent crime is up, property crimes are up, smash-and-grabs – all the stuff you guys are seeing on social media – she is responsible for that because of these initiatives that she was a part of at the time she was atty general."
