Espresso Martini - On Nitro!
We've managed to make an absolutely exquisite Espresso Martini in bulk! There are some fantastic cold espresso products available now that enable this (though feel free to pull them yourself if you feel so inclined!) The cascading effect of putting this on nitro makes this as impressive as it is delicious.

We've done the math (and the taste-testing) so that the ratios turn out pretty darn good when making large volumes, though feel free to tweak it - our feelings won't be hurt.
Ingredients:
Your favorite vodka (we used Deep Ellum Spirits All-Purpose Vodka)
Your favorite coffee liqueur (we used Trader Vic's Kona Coffee Liqueur)
Espresso - feel free to pull your own, or you can do what we did and use Ready to Use Waverly Espresso Concentrate made by Joe Coffee Company
Simple Syrup - make your own, or you can buy it pre-made (we used Rose's Simple Syrup)
Coffee beans, for garnish
Espresso Martini - On Nitro!
Small (~2.8L) 94 fl. oz. (25 x 3 3/4 fl. oz. serves)
1.5 L vodka
1 x 375 ml bottle of coffee liqueur
1 x 25 fl. oz. bottle of cold espresso
6 oz simple syrup
Medium (~5.6L) 188 fl. oz. (50 x 3 3/4 fl. oz. serves)
3 L vodka
1 x 750 ml bottle of coffee liqueur
2 x 25 fl. oz. bottles of cold espresso
12 oz simple syrup
Large (10L) ~338 fl. oz. (84 x 4 fl. oz. serves!)
5 L vodka
1.25 L coffee liqueur
83 fl. oz. of cold espresso
22 fl. oz. simple syrup
To make:
Pour the quantities in your clean keg. Stir gently with a clean spoon to mix well.
Place the lid on your keg, connect your CO₂ or N₂ setting your regulator at 5 psi.
Purge out the oxygen in your keg by lifting the release ring for 2-3 seconds (letting the gas push out the air). Repeat 2 more times.
Connect your N₂ (if you used CO₂ to purge). Adjust your regulator to 45 psi.
Consuming right away? Connect your tap (using a stout spout) and serve into a martini glass with ice. Garnish with a couple coffee beans.
Preparing in advance? Store in a fridge or in your Keg Bag with ice until ready. *This cocktail benefits from preparing 1-2 days in advance so that the nitrogen has time to infuse into the beverage. Nitrogen needs a high pressure (or slightly lower pressure for a longer amount of time) for it to dissolve, and comes out once poured creating that lovely, cascade effect.
This cocktail provides a pick-me-up for those evening soirées while being totally delicious! Cheers!
